STS provides Second Level Engineering (SLE) support services to the FAA for EnRoute and Oceanic domains. We successfully perform this support to the FAA on the 7 year $151M Enroute and Oceanic Support services contract. We successfully manage 11 Task Orders (TO), support in developing and maintaining over 20 Air Traffic Management (ATM) systems and decision support tools including (e.g.; ATOP, ERAM, ERIDS, TBFM, TFMS). We successfully manage multiple subcontractors from 4 different companies and seamlessly integrate them into our 150+ team members distributed throughout CONUS and OCONUS. Provide engineering services and enhancements to current NAS software, development of new tools, system security, technical refresh of hardware and COTS software to existing NAS Systems, restoration of services, integration with other NAS and non-agency systems, optimization and enhancements to existing system functionality, and ongoing support activities (including Process Improvement and Business office support). Enhancement included software design, development, testing, documentation, CM, and delivery to FAA field sites. For individual DOs, we provided fixes, updates, and modifications to software, hardware, firmware, or COTS as a result of NAS Change Proposals (NCPs), Program Technical Reports (PTRs), Hardware Discrepancy Reports (HDRs). STS supports key site testing of new functionality and Tech Refreshes.
